Larry Cohen – Founder & President

Larry Cohen is the the Founder & President of Norgate Technology. After a nine year career as a Salesman and Sales Manager selling leading edge Software and Hardware, Larry moved into the Technology Staffing Industry and founded Norgate Technology in 1993. As a hands-on leader,  Larry is a well-respected and trusted advisor for both clients and candidates. Larry takes great pride in knowing that he has played  a part in the successful careers of hundreds of technology professionals who have assisted our clients in achieving their business goals. A graduate of the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Larry is also active in various industry groups and charitable foundations.

Adam Cohen – Vice President

Adam joined Norgate in 1996 initially as an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter.  Currently Adam is responsible for managing major accounts and our recruiting team both domestically and internationally. During the past nineteen years of servicing and supporting our clients in multiple industries nationally, Adam has become intimately familiar with their business and technical needs, and has played an integral part in the continued growth of Norgate Technology. Adam has been hands-on in the hiring of hundreds of technology professionals within the Financial Industry during his career, and  is an active participant in various industry events and technology user groups around the tri-state area. Adam graduated from the University of Maryland in 1986.

Karan Advani – Recruitment Manager

Karan joined Norgate in 2005 initially as a Technical Recruiter. Currently, Karan is responsible for managing our international team of recruiters. Karan takes great pride in the fact that he has played an integral part in successful careers of hundreds of technology professionals.  Holding a Master’s degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Management Information Systems (MIS) and having the experience of working as a Business Analyst with multiple clients, Karan brings the technical expertise and know how to Norgate. Karan is also an active participant in various technology groups and industry events.
